General Shipping Policy

We ship to most locations worldwide using FedEx. Kindly note there are applicable shipping fees as follows, depending on your location. The following rates are only estimates and may vary. Actual rates are available at the cart page before payment.

• East Asia: starts at US$ 10
• Oceania and Indian Subcontinent delivery: starts at US$ 18
• Continental U.S.A., Canada and Western Europe delivery: starts at US$ 20
  *note: U.S. States and Territories outside the Continental U.S.A start at different rates.
• Northern Europe: starts at US$ 24
• Select Middle East Countries delivery: starts at US$ 36
• South America and the Caribbean Islands: starts at US$ 25
• Africa delivery: starts at US$ 36

The estimated delivery time will be within 7 – 14 working days. You will be able to track your orders with the tracking number provided in our Shipping Confirmation email. Should you experience any trouble tracking your order, you may contact us at customerlove@gingersnaps.com.ph

In the event that you have not received your order, please contact your local DHL/FedEx office for precise status of the parcel location.

Once the order is dispatched, we will not able to change the delivery address. Please ensure that you have entered the correct details such as delivery address, e-mail address and phone number.

During sales period or peak seasons, our shipments may be delayed. We will inform you accordingly. Please reach out to us at customerlove@gingersnaps.com.ph for your shipping questions and we will do our best to assist you.

DUTIES & TAXES

Items in your order that are designated for shipment outside the Philippines may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Perroquet Bleu, Inc. will not reimburse payments you made for such. Customs policies vary from country to country and we cannot anticipate this. If you are unsure of charges and whether you will be affected, please inquire with your local customs office first before placing your order.

In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorizations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order.

If you refuse a shipment from Perroquet Bleu, Inc., you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Perroquet Bleu, Inc.. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
